We appreciate this clinic being open on a holiday. We also love being able to make an appt online and the proximity of the location to our home.
Very helpful. Did a strep test and it was negative. Helped me with how to handle his sickness and what to do next. Appreciated the upbeat atmosphere from both ladies that helped us! Fast, easy, cheap, just what we needed to rule out strep as my son heads to finals this week!
I have active insurance through Allied, which has a Cigna medical network PPO. I used this insurance with no problem in February. When I checked in and gave my full card photo and group number and inputs in the waiting room, it was accepted. IN THE APPOINTMENT with my daughter, the MA spent 15 minutes getting it to work (it never did) while we pondered the positive strep rapid test we had just gotten back. I was charged $222 out of pocket to get out of there. It would be free with my insurance as I have met my deductible. Only using HealthPartners from now on. Including tomorrow morning for my own strep test.
